THE OFFICE OF REGISTRAR
The Office of Registrar is available to serve the students, faculty, staff, and alumni through registration, record keeping, course and classroom management, and academic support. Our mission is to support teaching, learning, and student development by maintaining the integrity of academic policies and the student information system.
The Office of Registrar will help students navigate their academic journey – from registration through graduation. Look to us to provide you with the tools to keep your plans on track.
As the Office of the Registrar one of our primary services to the university is student registration and withdrawal from classes. Our office houses policies and forms that allow students to register, withdraw from a class, petition for an exception, and more.
The Office of the Registrar manages students’ academic records. Our office issues enrollment & degree verifications, Boise Bible College official & unofficial transcripts, and diplomas. We also manage the quarterly grading process, changes to students’ majors & minors and notification of students’ rights through the Federal Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
Only course content and credit are accepted in transfer; the associated grades do not become a part of the Boise Bible College record. When “content” only is granted, the transfer course is used to satisfy a Boise Bible requirement, but the credit earned does not count towards the total number of degree credits at Boise Bible College.
Students seeking admission to Boise Bible College should contact the Undergraduate Admissions Office for assistance with questions about how their credits may transfer.
