Every church leader is asking the question, “What’s next?” Especially when it comes to the future of the church. We want to help you find answers to this question. We are excited to host a two-day conference led by Gary Johnson, a seasoned church leader who has been in the preaching ministry for four decades.

He will help us unpack these five topics:

• Developing a “what’s next” mindset
• What’s next in elder governance
• What’s next in elder/staff health
• What’s next in growing a younger church
• Who’s up next: Planning for future elders and pastors
